Product Guarantee Policy Update

Effective 30th September 2024, our product guarantee period will be updated as follows:

New Guarantee Period: All products purchased from this date onward will come with a 3-month guarantee, reduced from the previous 12-month period.

Coverage: During this 3-month period, we will continue to offer repair or replacement of any products that exhibit manufacturing defects or faults under normal use conditions. If replacement is not possible, a refund may be provided at our discretion.

Exclusions: Please note that the guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
